Business travelers New Zealand, April 18, 2013	Suitable for business stop-over Clean room, ease of access for working in the area. 7.3 Carrying my bag upstairs wasn't the easiest and I was upgraded to a pool view which was clearly meant as an enhancement on being downstairs but had no added value to me. Please check with the customer what is important to them. A room further back on ground floor where it was quieter would have been a better choice for me.

I was expected to walk to reception to borrow a hair dryer-- in my towel after a shower? Room was new and well furnished and staff were extremely friendly.
