Very clean - close to city centre
Sterile rooms with little in the way of extras
Busy checkout at peak times
The hotel President in Auckland is right in the middle of town, close to Sky city and the intercity terminal, close to the harbour, Albert park and the city bus and train terminals. However, because of this it can make for a noisy night. The rooms are fairly sterile lacking character though are clean and contain all that you need for a couple of night's stay. Staff are helpful though sometimes rushed.

Hotel was advertised as a five-star hotel which is very deceiving. A hotel like this shouldn’t get more than 2.5 stars in any civilized country. Bathrom was dirty, bed was broken and room service was very poor.
