Very dirty and noisy

Our overnight stay was a big disappointment and our worst ever accommodation experience. Because we arrived late in the evening and left early next day we did not complain to the management. Staff was friendly and check-in efficient. We had several issues. The sink in room 29 was badly stained and taps needed new washers. The shower was dirty and moldy and virtually unusable. The floors were dirty with a big muddy footprint right by the door. The toilet, towels and bedding were clean. Our hopes for a good-nights sleep were dashed by the talkative party in the adjacent room who woke us periodically with loud discussions and laughing until 3:00am.

Luxury suite ???? what luxury suite ??? They don't have one , ok...you pay for one and you get a very ordinary one . even their flyers advertise them ! It's a joke ...The manager could only say that it wasn't aware of the problem !!!? what ?? they have been there for more than a year ..It is a real trap , a shame for the industry in which I am in . I cannot recall any thing positive . everything is so old and ran down , the bed is so unconfortable , cracks everywhere , the tv is dated old big square box with 3 channels with terrible pictures .. honestly, this place should be checked by authorities , for star rating for starters . Other people I met at the hotel had the same views ... One good thing ! free shuttle to airport and the lady driver was very nice . totaly over rated .
Travel tip:
my tip....don't go there ...there places arounf that are far better , unfortunately I found out to late , so I hope this can help for others .
