Please note that this hotel has a no party policy. A valid credit card (not debit card) is required upon arrival. An imprint of your credit card will be taken and the final bill will be settled on check out. Guests paying by debit card will need to present a valid credit card on arrival. NZ$200 Cash Bond will be required upon check-in if paying Cash / EFTPOS/Visa Debit. Please note that you may be asked for photo ID at the time of check in.

Please take note of the following Hotel policies:
Check-in restriction: Standard check-in time is 3:00pm, However, an earlier check-in time may (subject to availability) be requested, please notify the hotel directly in advance. An hourly fee, will apply for early check-ins from 12:00 midday.
Check-out restriction: Standard check-out time is 11:00am, However, an earlier check-out time may (subject to availability) be requested, please notify the hotel directly in advance. An hourly fee, will apply for late check-outs until 4.00pm. A fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will apply for late check-outs from 4.00pm.
Age restriction: Individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when staying in this hotel. Valid photo identification may be requested on arrival. If sufficient identification cannot be presented, SKYCITY reserves the right to refuse to honor the booking.
Guarantees: Guests will be required to present a valid credit card on arrival to cover the cost of the booking and/or any incidentals during the stay. Guests who are unable to provide a valid credit card will be required to make full payment of the cost of the booking together with a NZD$200 cash bond on arrival.
No pets: Pets are not allowed to stay at SKYCITY unless by prior arrangement with SKYCITY under special circumstances.
No smoking is allowed in rooms and a cleaning fee will apply should you and/or your guest(s) nonetheless smoke in a room at the rate of:
(a) NZD$475 for a Luxury Room, NZD$775 for a Suite and NZD$1,300 for a Grand Suite when staying at the SKYCITY Grand; or
(b) NZD$250 per room when staying at the SKYCITY Hotel.
You will also be responsible for all costs, damage and liabilities arising as a result of smoking and/or any smoke detectors being activated by you, including a fine of NZD$500 for tampering with the smoke detectors in any way. Should you wish to smoke during your stay please utilise the relevant outside smoking areas.
Children and extra beds:Guests over 14 years old are considered as adults.
