Great hotel location with entertainment
There is entertainment, food, transport nearby. And the standard rooms are luxurious.

The check in experience was good, as the reception only needed my last name to check the booking with. As a first time customer, I also got NZD30 worth of bonus chips to play at the casino, which the hotel was part of!
The rooms were luxurious and the king sized bed was huge, with 6 pillows. The fittings in the room were also fantastic.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The casino bonus chips cannot be exchanged directly for cash, so you will need to play at the tables. Gamble wisely, as this might cause you to play more than you can afford.

me and my husband have a lovely stay at the hotel,we have a huge king room lovely people around lovely served when we arrived our first day we tried to worked out how to work everything in the room because its our first stay in a big hotel that used a card to do things it was interesting,everything is handy around lots of restaurant cafe and also we have fun at the casino and dinner at the fortuna at our last night.we enjoy our stay and thanks very much for looking after us see you again.

An exceptional experience. We also booked a meal at the Conservatory restaurant which is specacular in its own right but the scenery, food and service was the best we have experienced. It was my wifes birthday and the staff went out of their way to make it special for her. It was really appreciated.
Restaurant Tip:
You must experience the Conservatory restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

The choice of restaurants is good with lots of good eating places close by. Extensive casino in the hotel . Valet service was really good took the hassle out of parking the car. Really good spot

The place is very busy, a real hive of activity with bars and restaurants open to all hours as well as other entertainment options.The place is handy to shops and transport options meaning it is a good base to explore the City and other nearby areas.

we stayed at the sky tower for five nights recently with our 13 year old daughter. The location was perfect as we could walk to the viaduct, central to restaurants, and obviously the casino was a bit of a draw card. Our daughter enjoyed her stay as she got to meet the perth wild cats during her stay. The staff were helpful at all times from the valet parker to the concierge, all were freindly and helpful. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff very efficient. we would definitely stay again.
Shopping Tip:
Sylvia Park was a very good place to shop. It had all that you would require and its not too far if you have a vehicle

This was a repeat stay for us at the Skycity Hotel for my wife and myself.
All the service staff we communicated with offered exceptional service.
The room we were allocated ( H1 115 ) was an upgrade to a junior suite from our original single room booking ( that was great - thanx ! ).
The room was exceptionally quiet and had a ginormous bathroom.
The rooms atmosphere was very conducive to enjoying great rest and relaxation.
The buffet breakfast was laid out and cooked to a superb high quality.
The restaurant staff were NOT very helpful and slow to replenish the breakfast buffet when depleted.
We woudl definately book and chose to stay here again

everything was good , but shower leak on floor , and i think basin may be leaking as there was water on the floor in the morning that was dangerous , so needs to be looked at .
