Great Location has it all.
Sky City has it all, it is a one stop destination,restaurants, bars, shows and gambling.

Located in the Sky City complex, convenient, easy walking distance to ferry wharf and airport express bus stop. Lots of eateries at your fingertips. Breakfast buffe at Fortuna restaurant is value for money. Room is clean, spacious, with large beds, even a sofa (a couple of magazines were also provided) Even if you are not interested in casino, it is still a good option to stay here as the hotel area is quite and well kept. I rather felt very safe in comparison with other hotels as a number of security guards are positioned and overseeing things. Defnitely recommended to family with kids and girls traveling alone.

Get the brouchur at the airport with a coupon for sky city tower to get discount!

Definitely the access to the Casino and surrounding bars, handy parking, secure and safe environment

service was excellent from check in to check out, happy about the location and parking. able to wonder around freely within the hotel and casino regardless of time without any concerns for safety. room was immaculant, alittle noisy from other rooms at times but other than that thoroughly enjoyed stay.

really enjoyed our stay, renovations are vey nice. only bad point was the check in staff, young man on counter treated me like i was a nuisence when we checked in. he was not helpful and wish i had taken his name so i could have complined at the time. will stay again just hope he isn't on the reception desk.

We arrived at 2.15pm to find our room not ready, despite the booking information saying check-in was anytime after 2pm. There was no apology offered, the cashier suggested we go and find somewhere for a coffee until he called us. He was very defensive when challenged on this and said check-in was after 3pm. It was only when I read the hotel info in our room that I discovered it says check-in after 3pm - please get your guidelines in sync with the hotel! 2nd: Our daughter and her boyfriend came to the hotel to join us for drink prior to going out for dinner. When I rang room service for 2 extra glasses there was a charge of $5! No thanks. 3rd: Next morning we had a swim and wanted time for breakfast at the hotel so we rang to confirm a 12pm checkout (which, again, was the time shown on your info sheet) - charge $30; no thanks again! We felt the hotel was much more about making money than maximising customer satisfaction and we won't be going back again.

Take a trip to the top of the tower, and a walk to the viaduct harbour

The Hotel's location eliminates transport.

The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed with the little corner suite for lounging.The bathroom was also very clean and modern.It wouldn't be hard to have to spend a day in the room with its sunny outlook and no traffic noise.The huge bed was amazing. We would stay there again as first choice.
