Hotel Policies

Outdoors and indoors parking are available on site for NZD$18 per night or NZD$60 per week, subject to availability. Reservations are required in advance. On arrival, first check in at reception where a parking permit and a key access card will be issued to access the car park. Please note that a height restriction of 2.1M exists and no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the parking lot. Permits must be displayed on the front window to prevent tow-away.

The hotel enforces a strict no party policy and no noise after 10.00 pm. There is a maximum number of two extra guests per room between the hours of 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Any extra guests after these hours must have prior management approval.

Families with older children New Zealand, May 13, 2013	Short but sweet The staff were friendly and helpful and it was great value, plus the location was ideal 9 Enjoyed it very much and will return. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff, with Pedro standing out for his extremely helpful manner, and cheerful attitude. Had a great view from the top, and now we are orientated to the place and central location the next stay will be easy.
