Stayed at Langham to treat myself. Surprised at the boring dinner menu options, although noticed how sumptuous the buffet was.I was not hungry enough to pursue that option. Risotto - may as well have had macaroni cheese - no fennel added; & only 4 prawns!!! Enjoyed a bath but from that angle noticed the lack of finish on cabinetry - needs a good sanding and polishing to remove what looks like mould. Regrouting around the bath/shower would bring room back to standard. I'm surprised that maintenance is not good at a hotel of this reputation. Staff were fabulous; bed beautifully comfortable.

The concierge are some of the first people to greet you and they are very amiable and polite. The staff were very attentive. The whole experience at the Langham was perfect for a romantic getaway in some style.
