Great location
Location is very good, rooms are of a good standard.
6.7
My daughters also stayed and found the front counter service rude to say the least. They would not stay there again. This is very disapointing as I have stayed there many times over the last few years on business. Silly comments were made about them sharing a room.Very unprofessional.

Great views, great rooms and great location.
Handy to bars, restaurants, boating and central city
8.3
We always stay at the Sebel Suites when visiting Auckland as its convenient central location suits us. We both like to wake up in the morning and look out over the marina and boats and take in the sounds and atmosphere around the hotel.
Service is of a high standard and staff are very helpful

Great Location
Rooms have nice decor and were cleaned well
7.7
It was awesome being so close to restaurants, theatre, ferries, etc. I loved that the rooms had opening ranchsliders because I hate being trapped in a room. All the amenities in my room were in good working order. On the downside the toilet roll holder is not user friendly - awkwardly positioned. There was also confusion upon arrival because one of our group had arrived a day earlier and when we arrived we were given an extra room card - which I handed back. Upon departure the man at reception tried to charge me for an extra room which ended up as a lengthy debate. I felt he still didn't believe me even though he got the room checked and someone elses gear was in it - he suggested we go halves! I had already paid for 5 rooms and was adamant I wasn't going to pay for a 6th!

Fantastic Location Good restaurants nearby
Helpful staff Lots of natural light in room
8.7
When I arrived they had given me a really dark room, when I complained they immediately upgraded me from 2nd floor to 5th floor. Will stay again next time I am in Auckland
Restaurant Tip:
Good Japenese train restaurant next door

the staff at the front desk were very attentive and the location was great. i walked to all the various restaurants and harbor front sights. the rooms were impressive and very well decorated. i was very pleased with my stay.
Restaurant Tip:
This hotel does not have a restaurant however if you exit the back doors you go right into the outdoor seating area of two neighboring restaurants.

beautiful view from the balcony and clean room
7.3
it was my last weekend in NZ so I wanted to stay at the special place. the hotel was in front of the marine and I asked the marine view, of course.
it was really nice view from my room even though the floor was low, still I could enjoy my special night with my friends.
once my friends came, the receptionist called me and they were allowed to come up to my floor, it was efficient and it was really helpful.
if I say about the bad side, when I checked in and out, maybe the front office manager, he was just staring at me and I felt quite bad becasue I payed so much money for just one night and I had already paied for it in advance so I was right to stay there even most guests who was staying at the hotel, was like quite old couples.
anyway I had a good time with my friends so its ok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
high floor and marine view

Perfect location by the Viaduct Wharf.
Back hotel door connects to the wharf of restaurants row.
Stayed in Studio room. Clean and decent room with microwave and washing machine.
Too bad no free wifi in the public area.

9.3
loved this room loved the position, however on friday and saturday nights it is very noisy as the nightlife is under the rooms. in saying that we would stay there again as the other good points made up for the noise. we even had a separate lounge room so 9 out of 10
