Good location, nice room. Helpful front desk. Chaos in the breakfast room..not well organized at all. The location of this hotel is quite good, and the front desk quite helpful. The room is of a good size; there is possibility of doing laundry which is very convenient.
The service in the breakfast room was a bit chaotic: not a single cup or plate available the day I was there, the food was also scarce that day..strange coincidence..

It's the centre of Christchurch, so very convenient to eat, drink and shopping. The wall is not thick enough, so a bit noisy. The hotel is very modern building and clean.
There are a lot of restaurants, shops and parks near the hotel. Sometime there is a Japanese staff, so if someone who can't speak English, feel easy. And there are enough amenities such as soap, shampoo and body cream. I'd like to stay the hotel again.
Restaurant Tip : Japanese restaurant 'TATSUMI' is nice.
