Friendly & fast check in and check out service

Having to leave one building to get to another for breakfast. Restaurant was very busy in the morning and over priced for guests for dinner when there are cheaper options within walking distance, a discount of more than 10% is needed to make me eat in the restaurant again at night.

I believe the Heritage to be in great location for getting around Christchurch, the staff are pleasant and the rooms on the 10th floor are large & quiet so ideal when you have to write reports late at night. The efficient staff at the desk made for a quick and accurate departure early which was appreciated. All housekeeping staff encountered during the trip were very pleasant whenever I met them and asked if there was anything I needed.

Restaurant Tip : Plenty of cheap eating options within wlaking distance of the Hotel.
