Location perfect, rooms are really well set up and nice simple decor, staff incredibly friendly and efficient. Free Internet.
Whistling sound coming through the door from the vent in the hallway.
We really loved the Oaks smartstay. The bed was soo comfortable and had the best sleep. The room was lovely and quiet, apart from the whistling sound coming through the door from the vent in the hallway - we resolved this by putting towels at the base of the door.
The staff are really nice and friendly, we needed a late check-out and they arranged this no problem.
We would definitely recommend and use the other Oaks Smartstays in NZ and abroard.

The best thing was the separate bedrooms great when traveling with an elderly parent means all behind the same door. Staff extremely helpful, rooms clean and tidy. Central to all amenities. good value for money.
Did not dislike anything. Did not have a dining room or room service.
We were welcomed by the friendly staff on arrival, given information in a clear and accurate manner. There was lots of information on local activities displayed and staff were informative on how to book or access the activities. The rooms were very clean. Particularly liked the separate bedrooms in the room. traveling with an elderly relative it is good to all be behind the same door I am sure this also applies to families with children. The room was clean and well furnished and in good working order. I liked that it was in a very central position. I would book there again and definitely recommend to friends.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Orana Park and feeding the lions was definitely a highlight of our trip.
