Easy to find and good location. Comfortable beds. Close to supermarket and restaurants.

Unfortunately this motel is on the main road into Dunedin which means it is noisy. We had a motel 3 from the road and it was noisy but everything else was great!! Friendly and helpful people.Clean and tidy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This motel is near the Botanical Gardens which are fabulous!!It is located in one of the better parts of Dunedin.
