Homely and comfortable room. Eclectic design.
Loved the animal print themed room. The hotel design was arty and interesting. A very comfortable, clean room. Excellent breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hulmes B&B. The building is a beautiful historical design and has been decorated wonderfully. The breakfast was excellent and a good variety was provided. The owners two cats are so cute and we even had one of them Solstice visit our room for a cuddle. I would recommend Hulmes to anyone visiting the area and wanting easy access to the city centre.

Lovely period home with great character.
Comfortable bed, lovely breakfast and very quiet.

We loved staying here as it was a beautiful character home with some great features - like their amazing staircase!
It was also very private and quiet. We felt like we were at home, able to come and go as we liked without ever being disturbed.
The breakfasts were well presented and we felt that we had many options to choose from. The coffee was great!

Good location but not well kept.

Poorly kept. Property messy, gardens untrimmed, sidewalks broken,towels actually falling apart,cobwebs in room.
Innkeepers pretty much absent, greeter tried to greet us while carrying her child, so discussion was limited. Great possibilities but very poorly done.
