Ocean view, close to restaurants and grocery store 9.3 very welcoming innkeeper gave us good restaurant recommendation and touring advice. room was very comfortable and shared bath was very clean and large with an adjoining tea room with refrigerator and necessities for preparing simple meals if needed. nice buffet breakfast available for an additional charge. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: B&B is very close to Bluff Point and ferry to Stewart Island. Free wifi.
