excellent hotel, friendly staff, good service
breakfasts overpriced and selection not great, but dinner buffet very good.
a wonderful base from which to explore one of the worlds most spectacular areas. dont miss the pilatus glacier-landing flight. an absolutely fabulous experience booked through the hotels activity desk.
