Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

We visiited in the Christmas New Year period, in a city that mainly appears to get business trade, so we had an exceptionally good rate, which somewhat influences our rating.
I couldn't say we found Palmerston North the most enthralling destination we ever visited, but if you're staying here this is a very central location in a former bank building that is about the biggest in town.
Our room overlooked the large square in the centre of Town, with the main street one of four radiating out from this park. The (studio - cheapest) room was reasonable in size and was new, so everything was very clean and in good condition. The bathroom is very impressively fitted out.
The room also had complete cooking facilities, handy if staying a while. One downside to this; shortly after our arrival someone burnt their food and the place was evacuated when the smoke alarms triggered. Very fine fire engines they have in Palmerston North.
There are no dining options - Quest accommodations are serviced rooms and apartments rather than conventional hotels, but there are restaurants close by.

i have stayed and also worked in a lot off hotels and i think this hotel room was very well priced for money, it was equipped with all the necessary items. it was also very well presented and clean, nice and simple layout off the hotel room is also a good thing. the staff were great, very polite and assisted in additional requests for the room on arrival. i was very happy and if i return again i will stay there again as its close to town.
Nightlife Tip : pub called high flyers, on the corner of the square and main street, ask any 1 and they will be able to direct you
