Peaceful & Relaxing
Views, Large Size, Cleanliness

We enjoyed our stay in apartment 4, spacious rooms, great view, balcony, cable tv, stereo. As apartment away from the road was really quiet. Walking track to town centre takes about 22 minutes to walk. Would recommend staying here.

the apartment we stayed is facing a great lake view~ it's so comfortable here, if we can stayed 2 days that will be better, however,we booked too late. The people of the hotel is also very nice and patient, we all happy here.

Good sized room and decor
Beautiful view, great bathroom
8.3
Staff were welcome and helpful. Locatiion was a little far from town but there is a lovely walk along the sea which takes you in. Otherwise, taxis aren't too expensive. We did catch the bus in and out once too, but the bus stop location is quite a long way from the apartments. The walk down from the road to our apartment (which was right at the bottom) is extremely steep: not suitable for the less able. It was very useful being able to use the free clothes washing and drying facilities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Definitely go up the Gondola which gives you amazing views. The Segway tour was great fun. We spent one evening with some wine sitting on the apartment's private jetty watching the sun go down which was lovely.

Simple room but cosy and quiet place to stay
Clean room and friendly front desk

Only problem is the location of apartment, a bit far from bus stop, 25 min walk was too much to queens town central. ( 1st time is ok and great to walk along the lake all the way to city center but once or twice was enough). Good points particularly are, the front desk guy was very friendly to advise direction, suggestions etc, very customer oriented. In front of apartment is already facing the lake. You can go cycling or running right away
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Walter peak 30min away by ferry was one of the most beautiful place. Lunch was around 20 bucks and good variety of meat etc at buffet. Good deal.

Disappointing apartment, but a fabulous view
View and location are great

We had apartment and it was very very tired and certainly not luxury. The bathroom was poor, a half used toilet roll, no TV in the bedroom, and generally poor quality furnishings. I would not stay there again.
Shopping Tip:
Try Vudu Larder on the Lake - wonderful food and gorgeous people

we had a wonderful stay. it was approximately a 20 minute walk into queenstown along a lovely path along the edge of lake wakitipu. the bus was also easily accessible. overall a great spot.
Travel tip:
I would not recommend this hotel for anyone in a wheelchair or disabled as it has alot of stairs and set on a a very steep site

Budget priced Queenstown accommodation.
5.7
The room had a spicy odour. Was not pleasant when you first enter but the beds were very comfy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The main attraction is Queenstown and accommodation was secondary.
