Only 2-3 blocks from the waterfront and CBD. Hardwood floors thoughout. Very clean. My wife was delighted. She wanted to stay longer. My second stay at this motel. Parking included. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Must take Jet Boat ride. Been on all three. Recommend them all. Must take Gondola to top of mountain and overlook city and lake, also take a walk in the park! Plan for more that a few days in Queenstown.

Couples Canada, February 11, 2013	Nice clean hotel with good location Location, friendly helpful staff/owner 9 Located just a quick downhill walk to the main street with restaurants, etc. Clean new room, comfortable bed. Small balcony overlooking the street, and onsite parking. Service was quite good and friendly and they lent us a plug adapter as ours stopped working for a few days.
