my friends and i stayed here before walking in fjordland. we enjoyed having a big living room to use and the breakfast was expansive. it was great to be able to walk into town but also have a fantastic view both ways down the valley

very well maintined high quality property

the access is a bit uphill so may not be convenient for all .. 20 min walk into town, great view, helpful owner and the best quality property we stayed in nz - great for groups. the owner though is a bit too particular about the place and gets you to sign a contract when you reach. so kept us on our toes and we ended up spending longer on cleaning and tidying up than normally which is the purpose of being on holiday and not cleaning up all the time !
