Good location, only a couple of minutes walk to the shops in a converted historic building. However, bathroom was poorly ventilated so bedroom and bathroom mouldy and damp - bathroom tiles needed a good scrub! Room very small and not worth the price, also property is for sale so might explain why owner didn't seem particularly interested.
