Expensive Hotel near the water ans main street
the rooms are comfortable and have a small balcony. The hotel lies direct in the small city center. The breakfast is okay and employees are friendly.

we had to book this hotel because we didnot find in the internet other rooms for the time between christmas and new year. being in qqueenstown we saw a lot of accomodation with vacancies. the hotel is overpriced for that what they offer.
you can get the same qulity for 40% less.

Comfortable and fiendly hotel at a great location.
Location and room with a view (at extra cost but worth it)

The hotel is within minutes walk from the town center and all the restaurants and shops. Paid extra for an upgrade to a lakefront room and was worth it. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff is friendly and willing to give advice on booking activities.
Nightlife Tip:
Try the casino on the warf across the hotel.
