Great location over looking Lake and just out of the city to get away from the noise and crowds. Although you should not have to pay for a car park. Staff were great.

Hotel is located near the town center, on the way to Glenorchy. It is on the hill overlooking the lake. The largest supermarket is near the airport.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Although this town is very beautiful, it is too far to the Milford Sound. You should stay in hotels at the Te Anau, to be able to arrive at Milford Sound early enough for the activities.
This hotel is very close to the way to Glenorchy, a very beautiful place where most tourist are not aware of.
