Unfortunately, I was assigned a room on the ground floor that faces the garbage area of the restaurant. The odor of the leftover food in the bins was noticeable from my room.

The hotel design is very stylish, the staff are friendly and helpful. Its only a short walk from the city centre and Queenstown main attractions. I really like their natural bath and body complimentary and I was so happy to find they provide drinking chocolate wirh coffee and tea on the shelf.
