Wonderful place for some r&r, nice quiet location although a fair way out of town (although boat taxi pretty cool). Great massage at day spa and wonderful buffet breakfast.Deluxe lake view room was perfect, nice and modern, really clean, fireplace and big bath. Rooms perfect for a good nights sleep, really dark and bed was like a cloud. Loved it!

Hilton Queen town Hotel was one of the best hotel in my trip.
( 15 minute drive to centre of Queentown) Valet Park NZ$ 10 per day. A little bit far from center of Queen town

A simply amazing hotel - right from check in to check out it was a flawless experience and my overseas government guests all voted it best ever hotel in NZ. Right from check in the service was spectacular, rooms were fantastic and super value for money with separate lounge area complete with gas fire and super views over the lake. For once in NZ, parking was free .... so no additional charges. Very highly recommended for any type of traveler. I will certainly return here with further guests.

The hotel is modern but somewhat characterless. It is also about 8 km outside Queenstown town centre. Also, they charge a lot of money for Internet access (not included in room charge).
