Tiny room, no view....

The room was tiny, the balcony barely fits one thin person, we had no view of the lake, the room stunk of cleaning products and if you decide to cook in your room there is no dining table where one can eat comfortably. The only good things about this inconveniently located hotel are the good restaurant (Wakatipu Grill) and the water taxi which is a cool way of accessing Queenstown if you don't want to drive.

Best of both worlds
Quiet and beautiful location. However, access to the city was easy. Nothing was impossible for the staff. They were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable and memorable.

No very comfortable hotel to stay. The room is just a little bit too small for 2 people. The fire alarm was rang each day during our stayed. That's really annoying. Take a quick action to improve their smoking and fire alarm is the point!

We had a wonderful stay. Our room had a lounge, bathroom,kitchenette and bedroom. Very clean and wonderfully comfortable. Great parking although a car is a necessity to get any where from this resorts location. The lake and Mountain views were amazing depending on where your room was. The only disappointing feature is the 'little' balcony which is filled up with the air conditioning unit so can not be used for going outside.

Excellent. The kitchen had more utensils, cutleries, microwave, high-tech oven, plates, glasses, etc. than your typical kitchen at home.
Bed was super comfortable, super king sized.
It's a 15 mins drive to Queenstown though.
