view from the room great breakfast helpful friendly staff in arranging tour plentiful room supplies convenient parking

pool area looked a bit tired...maybe because it is only just spring?

Nightlife Tip : go into town for some of the best food around...fresh and superbly prepared ...with vies of the harbour from many.(recommend "Chicos" and "Prime") walk around to get a feel of the small town and enjoy the sky at sunset.

Good value and close but not in the city. Most of the rooms have fantastic views of the lake and mountains around Queenstown.

Needs updating Everything seemed to be a bit tattered and worn. Service was good but not outstanding.

If you're visiting Queenstown as a tourist, I heartily recommend this hotel. The views from your window are awesome. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers a nice menu selection and also offers an awesome view. I feel it was good value for my money and it's about five minutes from the heart of the city.

Travel tip : The sunrise over the mountains made this a great value.
