Purchased Standard King Room for 3 night stay. Breakfast not included so expected something nice and in a good position. Allocated room OK but was not air conditioned and looked over the car park. Had to sleep with the balcony door open due to hot weather. In hindsight should have spoken to the General Manager on arrival as he was most considerate on a day where the rain never stopped and he discounted the hotel parking fee so we did not have to move the car to the public car park and get extremely wet in the process. Be aware: free Internet available in lobby (charged if used in you room).

The hotel is strategically placed close to town as well as to the amazing attractions offered in Queenstown.
Friendly hotel staff and the rooms are clean and ammenities up to par.
Great for families as well as solo travellers looking for some "me time"
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very close to all the attraction sites and a close walk into town.

it was quite short for us so having a great location was perfect for us, service was really top knotch. The only con, and I know it is quite a lot of hotels, but it annoys us that you have to pay for parking.
Travel tip:
you have to do the luge - we were nearly the oldest but it is still fun and the Gondola is an experience of beauty in itself.

Nice stay, no issues would stay again, has central location is near the lake and is quiet at night, was for us anyway. Staff all pleasant and very easy to get around town from the hotel would stay again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Park at will sons car park which is in the next street if your parked before 10am it's five dollars till 6pm rather than the hotel car park which is 20 dollars a day. Would stay here again and recommend to friends and family, an enjoyable stay and near the lake front.
