The hotel location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, tourist information centre & lake Wakatipu. Rooms were comfortable & clean. However, toilet sink was so tiny that you will splash the toilet wet just by washing your face! The toilet roll holder was uncovered & placed really near to the sink, so the toilet roll will get wet too. Staffs were friendly & attentive, but it took 3 visits to the reception before we could get an adaptor. I think the hotel should prepare more adaptors since Queenstown is a tourist destination...

Convenient and great value
Big beds, close to town, modern.
8.3
I was looking for a hotel that was within walking distance to the town centre, and this hotel was it: It was a stone's throw from the gardens, steamship ferry and gondola. I know that you have to walk up a hill to some hotels, but not this one. It's flat walking distance to town. It was also a hotel of great value: big twin double beds and a modern bathroom. The TV, however, could be of slightly better quality, but I shouldn't complain as more time should be spent outdoors in Queenstown.

The hotel was close to most restaurants. It had nice clean and comfortable rooms - perfect for relaxation after a long trip or an adventure tour.
