Well equipped hotel that is comfy but a little old

Nice staff, definitely not a bad hotel and with a bit of modernisation, it could be a really nice hotel. I would def recommend to stay here for the pricepoint, as it is not too far to walk to city centre and it is a well equipped place.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room did not have outlook because paling fence on balcony edge to aid privacy to room but gave very closed in fell. Room clean and adequate in size.
Some traffic noise.

Well located renovated hotel, friendly service
Easy walk down to Queenstown CBD, enjoyable uphill return walk

Stayed 3 nights prior to walking Milford Track and returned for 3 nights afterwards. Hotel offered a secure luggage storage facility for excess bags. Rooms were clean and comfortable and would definitely stay there again.

The proximity to central Queenstown was the best feature of the Hotel

We stayed at Hurleys for a weekend while we were going to a concert at Gibbston Valley. The Hotel was quite full and friends of our found the units by the road to be quite noisy from road noise. The rooms were comfortable and we had no complaints about our stay.

Checked in with no hassles, receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Nice big room, clean and not too dated.
Comfortable sofa (which is rare in hotels these days!), and all the amenities as advertised.
On the con side, the proximity to the main road can mean the traffic gets noisy, especially when the main sliding door was open. Overall, enjoyed our stay, and wouldn't hesitate to rebook when next in Queenstown.

the room is small but really comfortable adn warm, the staff is very helpfull and gave a lot of information that i need, always with smaile. the disadvantage is the hotel don't have sceneric only neighbour wall and the parking, its difficult to get car parling lot when hotel is full.

a few good restaurant at queenstown mall call cihcos bar and grill,

My friend and I spent 2 nights at this hotel recently. The staff were helpful and friendly. Laundry facilities and the extra touch of the availability of a clothes drying rack made life that bit easier. The location was good with only a 7 minute walk into the town centre and supermarket. Free wifi was available but limited to 100 mb per day which was enough for us. Cooking facilities on room.

Was a bit noisy but that was due to other guests and nearby neighbours at a busy time. Great facilities and reasonably close to the town centre.
Free wifi for the duration of the stay should be standard though.
