I really was impressed with the way the reception dealt with questions I had and calls they made in order to clear a problem which came up.The location of the hotel is also great: rigth on the lake and at the same time close to town, so it was easy to go out and be right in the heart of things.
beautiful view, nice room; great view from restaurant; efficiency of the front desk
nothing in particular
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : easy to hop on a coach and see the beautiful sites around

We loved the lake views from our deluxe room. It was just perfect to sit out on the balcony after a hard day on the slopes and relax. You have to try the restaurant, Ben Lomond, on the top floor with stunning views of Queenstown. The service from all staff was fanastic and so helpful, it couldn't have been better.
The views of the lake, comfortable bed and wonderful service
We didn't have a chance to use the sauna, spa or pool
- Restaurant Tip : Motogrill cafe does a great coffee for those ealry mornings before heading up the mountain
