We got complimentary upgrade and stayed in the room facing the lake.

None

It was clean and cozy. It was also close to the center of the town and fun and relaxing to see the beautiful scenery of the lake.

Restaurant Tip : This hotel is really convenient to walk to the center of the town. I didn't go to the restaurant in the hotel but there was a good Italian restaurant called Fazcat in Sofitel. It will be a good choice to order Queenstown specail pizza there.

The view is excellent that I can see the lake view!

The view of the room is excellent! The lake is beautiful. I can sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee to enjoy the view. About the location of the hotel, although it is not in the city and need about 5-10 mins walk. I don't mind to walk the lakeside to enjoy the view.

The services are good and the reception are helpful.

The standard room is very bad , old &with not up to standard furniture & facilities in the rom. Later we upgraded & pasy extra & that room is better.

The hotel should consider to replace the old room as they are not up to standard at all. This will greatly affect customer to stay again.
