This hotel is very close to the Whakarewarewa Thermal Park, requested a room that overlooked the park, an amazing feature of Rotorua.
We took two international visitors to the hotel and were disappointed. The spa pool and the sauna were not working. The rooms we stayed in needed refurbishing. One of the towels although clean was stained and one of the bed covers although clean was also stained. We took our own computer and was not able to use it in the rooms as there was a problem with the internet. All in disappointing.
We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights. Our room was overlooking the Whakarewarewa Thermal Park. This was amazing. We have stayed there before several times and took two international visitors with us this trip. Opposite the Hotel there is a golf course which is very handy for anyone who would like to play. We had the use of a thermal spout pool which was very relaxing. Although it is not in the central city area it is quite close to other amenities including supermarkets and other tourist facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly.
