Couples New Zealand, February 21, 2013	Clean but very hot in summer and a mosquito-ridden Moden facilities 5 I had one night with my wife and was good but very hot in the room and used fans but still hot in the room. We were bitten by a mosquitoes and couldn't sleep. Check out time is too early 11AM. We had phone call from people and very rush to leave the room. We were cleaning the dishes when they called us.

Huge bathroom 8.3 enjoyed our stay, nice place to relax after busy day of sight seeing. enjoyed the complimentary dvd's and plunger coffee. one negative was how hot the rooms where, no fans or useful ac.

Couples Australia, February 07, 2013	great hotel , great hosts everything you think of . confortable bed, well presented , clean. 10 from the time we arrived , we were welcome by allen , walked with him to show our studio, 2 choices . we took number 1 ! very confortable indeed . the location is great , you need a car . they also provide transport . advise us on activities around town , internet access, free . our best accommodation while we were in nz . thank you guys . will advertise you to anyone i know who goes to rotorua .
