Very pleasant central city hotel

Very pleasant stay - hotel was comfortable and sensible. Rooms were a fair way from the reception however manageable. Customer service was excellent however they did let me down on confirmation of a booked tourist event. Overall a recommended place to stay based on comfortable rooms and friendly service.

Strong smell and poor safety surveillance
Clean, friendly staff, close to government garden.

The hotel is nice, clean, friendly staff. However, the strong smell over the entire area makes my throat hurt, hardly fell asleep that night. According to the staff, the smell stays in the area for long. Furthermore, someone scratched my rental car with a long line across the hatch door that night. The hotel doesn't have a surveillance camera, and I had to pay the excess fee. The staff apologised for the incident occurred at their site, but they said parking at their site is running at your own risks.
