The natural beauty of Wanaka is unparalleled, and getting to all the areas and viewing the wide-range of wildlife indigenous to this area can easily be arranged by the staff here. It is difficult to imagine a lodge being luxurious for many people, but the Minaret Lodge manages to meet and exceed most people's notion of exactly what luxury can mean.
