Not too far off from the city centre, with amazing views of wellington harbour. Room was as what was expected of a 4 star hotel.

I paid extra for a suite room with a view and it was well worth it. This place is across the road from Oriental Bay and looks out over the whole harbour - the views are spectacular. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the meal at the hotel restaurant was delicious. You can swim in the pool there, but I was lucky enough to have stunning weather while there, so got to swim in the harbour!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try and allow time to spend a half day at the Botanical Gardens - take lunch and a book.
Hire a canoe or anything that allows you to spend time out in the harbour.

The staff very friendly and helpful lovely young lady on reception..great to have someone park your car and have it parked outside the next morning.
