central CBD location, clean, and organise, and all the staff were friendly
the space is too small for the restaurant, reception, and bar. Also the elevator that takes you to the street is in between the restaurant and the kitchen, so people keep passing by as you having your meal,
the hotel in general is in good location, and I can recommend it it to my friends who wants to stay in wellington
Shopping Tip : as you come down the lift, shops everywhere and close to the harbour as well.

Large rooms. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast a bit of a let down.
We arrived very late at the hotel, however the receptionist was welcoming, and even took the care to remember me the next morning when it was time to check out. The rooms were very spacious and also very clean, and overall impression was good. Breakfast was a little disappointing, as the buffet was not refreshed very often. Location was good.

central location on lambton quay; good value for money
breakfast rather pricey given the limited offerings; hotel staff could be more helpful in providing advice to first-time tourists
fine hotel in terms of room comfort, cleanliness, and location. gym facilities are a plus. the biggest negative was that there is no real concierge so hotel reception fields all of the tourism questions; in our case, they failed to advise us to book our ferry to picton in advance and as a result all were sold out and we were delayed in our trip to the south island.
