Enjoyable place - not bad at all on a budget

Overall it was quite enjoyable. Upon arrival the concierge told me that my booking (which I had paid for) had not been received and they could put me up in their LAST room available for 2 nights (i had paid for 3). However, once I left them to sort out their mistake, they came back to me and said they could fit me in for the 3 nights. Not a fancy hotel by any stretch, but serviceable for what i needed.

Cheap but very poor

The carpets in the passage way were torn! The sun filter curtains in the room were torn. The lift had an expired certificate. The electrical. Switches for the lights near the bed were unsafe. The cup was chipped. The bathroom soap dish had a hole in it. I would not recommend anyone to go there. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Was glad to leave.
