Stay like a royal

If you happen to stay there, there's no other place to go unless you take a cab out. However, I recommend that you eat in their restaurant. Though pricey, the food is nice and portion is sufficient plus hotel gues has a 20% discount. Do check before you order

Disappointing
Stayed two nights, and couldn't get warm water out of the shower. WiFi was spotty at best, and required you to call the front desk to activate, after which it would kick you out every 5 minutes.
Disappointing. No hot water in the shower despite asking the front desk to fix it. Wi Fi is slow, spotty, and requires constant reactivation. Parts of the hotel look they need upkeep which has been long neglected. Choice of TV channels is extremely disappointing for a 5-star luxury hotel Rooms themselves are spacious and fine.

One of the worse hotels i have stayed in
I had an extremely unpleasant stay in this hotel. On the day we checked in, no one at front desk informed us that due to "issues" (which until later still no one could give an explanation), there was no hot water at all in the hotel, not just our room or floor but the entire hotel. We discovered this problem when i tried to bathe my 18 month old and yellow water was dripping out of the taps.I called front desk repeatedly and no one could also tell us when the problem will be fixed. The problem lasted 24 hours and also no one informed us when it was fixed. The attitudes of the staff basically ranged from very rude to totally not knowing what to do at all. On the last night of our stay there was a big outdoor wedding with disco music going on right under the rooms. When asked, hotel staff assured us it would stop at 11, it did not, it went on till midnight. This is not the type of service or hotel management i would expect from a "5-star" hotel.

It was a good experience. Sleep was uninterrupted by karaoke or any noises. There is a nice ambience and we felt safe there.

It was a pleasant stay, one particular staff at the concierge,name Ahmad was very helpful during our stay there. He told us about the free shuttle service to an fro from hotel to KLCC.After checking out, Ahmad help us with the bags to our car, as he was putting our bags in, my husband spotted our puncture tyre. Ahmad lend a helping hand and help us change the tyre. We were very thankful to Ahmad. Keep up the good job Ahmad.
