Excellent service
The hotel is very detail-orinented as they saw my remarks of having a baby under 2-yrs. They helped us to merge two beds together in advance and bathing items and diapers for baby. Excellent location that we could still travel around even its heavy rain outside. The staff took us riding taxi to ensure we did not get wet. Truly appreciated their services. Will sure consider this hotel again!

a pleasant stay in a comfortable room
cosy and warm interior setting of guest room, with a nice and spacious bath tub which makes a hot spa an irresistible experience. the hotel is conveniently located near Taipei station and next to a trendy shopping mall, which means i can basically shop for anything i need in the nearest vicinity of the hotel.

Not as convenient as imagined
We booked this hotel as it's literally located just next to the Taipei Railway Station. But It turned out to be a 10-min walk (at least) by passing the underground street. The hotel's decor is stylish and cool but as most comments said, a bit too dim if you want to read. But overall the room is well-designed and user-friendly. Be mindful that you need to pay for local calls made from the room. It even counts unsuccessful calls. The staff waived some for us, but we still had to pay for NT90 for just a call for restaurant reservation.
