Nice convenient rooms but mentenance problems

Close to my conference Hotel
upon arrival the room offered was with good water heating system but there was an electric problem in the air conditioning system. for this reason i complained to the admins office who changed the room to a different floor. this time the aircond was well functioning but the water heater was out of function. i couldn't take a bath until late second night of my visit to pd because the maintenance staff couldn't remove the old water heater due to lack of proper hand tools!.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Terrific sea views all over the town

No facilities operating

Large rooms
A resort without any operating dining or entertainment.
Travel tip: Don't stay here unless you are travelling as a group with your own transport.

A great place to get away from city

Quiet and comfort ambience
i booked this hotel superior room earlier with an extra bed. should the extra bed provided earlier before i get into the hotel, not until my dining hours. though, it isn't suitable for tourists whom enjoys wild nightlife since there are not many sightseeing around the vicinity, but it is a great place for quiet, comfortable and leisure place to escape away from the busy city

Value for money

The room has one side fully glass that makes it feel very open, they have thick curtains to cover morning sunlight
We kept our expectations pretty low when reaching this place. The reception is very far from the hotel itself, which definitely needs a car. There are apartments and hotel rooms. I have not used the apartments and their outward look was not so appealing. However, the hotel block is pretty ok and the room we were given was quite good considering the price we paid. If you keep 2 star in mind, i.e. clean bed and clean toilet (dont be picky on toiletries), then you would be quite pleased. There is a big swimming pool in the premises (you have to drive there), and also squash court. I may not go back again, but I had no issues at all staying there.

Don't go there

Big room
The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the towels were dirty. My room was so far away from the reception that you needed transport to get there, tranport that I was supposed to provide myself! I was probably the only person staying at the entire hotel, I didn't see anyone else for two days. It's nothing wrong with the staff. They said that I wasn't the first one who have gone there and been so dissapointed. But they are not in charge to change anything. The aircon was broken. There were no phone in my room so I had no way of contacting the reception. They say that they have jacuzzis but there's no water in them and they look like they haven't been used for a long long time. There's not even a beach. Over all it looks like it once was a very nice place to stay but because of bad service and management people have stopped coming here. There are heaps and heaps of nice hotels in Malaysia so don't waste your time coming to this one
Restaurant Tip: There's no restaurant. To get to a restaurant you have to o by car for at lest 15 minutes.
