not a good value for money
rooms are spacious and well done up
poor room service, staff not proactive
poor room service. take too much time to attend and deliver orders a long walk from from the nearest taxi/auto stand. more than 4 km car-drive in side, from the highway the room key kept getting de-activated everyday, and everyday we had to go back to the reception first, in order to get a new key.

Good rooms but maintenance/cleanliness issues
Excellent spacious rooms, nice views and location, impressive restaurant
Cleanliness severely lacking, maintenance work especially in bathrooms needs to be adressed
Hotel is very decent for a quiet weekend with your better half. Nice spacious rooms with good views and big bathrooms. However if they would take the time to make regular maintenance and cleanliness checks they would go up a few notches in my book. Wall plasters were cracking, bathroom flush and water pipe didn't work, shower cubicle door kept opening (no lock/magnet), some severely sticky liquid had been dropped on one of the side desks and had dripped on to the TV remotes but hadn't been cleaned. Restaraunt was very nice and breakfast was above par, lots of variety. Lobby is decent but staffing at the front desk is minimal. Just one person during checkout times is a pain in the right place.

Excellent Stay
Private Swimming Pool, Privacy, Romantic, Jaquzzi, Massage Chair.
Not Well Maintained, Could be more Clean
I have been around the place last year as well and it has been a very pleasant experience. The whole experience of having a private swimming pool and good valley view is very romantic. The room has a private jaquzzi as well which adds to the memorable moment. The best time to be there is November-December and best to be gifted to the wedded couples for the wedding night. The butler service is good and you can easily stay for 2 nights. Food is also great. The only problem is the cleanliness and you may find some spider webs around the swimming pool which may irritate you. overall a nice experience.

Algunas partes del hotel se han dejado perder un poco.
El trato a mi llegada fue excelente y se pusieron en contacto conmigo a toda hora para resolver un problema que tuve con la conexion de internet. En recepcion puedes ver cantidad de actividades extras con las que poder recrearte cosa que me gusto mucho, una de ellas el vuelo en helicoptero. La verdad que saben como entretener a los clientes.

hotel 'under renovation'
plaats (uit de drukte van mumbai), grote kamers, zwembad
hotel wprdt gerenoveerd, waardoor maar deel van wat er aan faciliteiten op internet te zien is ook daadwerkelijk beschikbaar is. dat is jammer! personeel wel vriendelijk, kamers mooi. hotel wordt ook veel gebruikt voor zakelijke bijeenkomsten, waardoor het nog wel eens druk kan zijn, zeker nu de ruimte door de renovatie beperkter is. ligt ver van centreum mumbai, dat is voor een rustig verblijf lekker, maar een reis naar het centrum (tuktuk en trein) duurt bijna een uur.

除了房間比較大一些外, 沒有看到優點.
1. 食物 - 不好吃, 款式少. 2. 大堂服務生 - 你要趕緊要求才做東西. 完全沒有效率. 3. 地方位於山上, 附近沒有好看的東西. 4. 計程車的服務費很貴, 如只要70元車資的路, 他們要300-350元. 但因為在山區, 所以沒有計程車會到這酒店的附近地方.
其房間大是最好的優點. 但其他就差得很. 尤其是服務. 本來很要查的帳單, 要等到最後一天, 還要結帳才跟我說. 最後,要我先付房費才可走 (但我已在網路付給AGODA). 建議不要再住這酒店.
