Enjoyable overnight stay

Yummy breakfast, comfy bed and friendly staff
Upon arrival the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We had one of the premier rooms which have just been updated and are very comfortable. We ordered in room dining a shared platter which had plenty on it. The buffet breakfast the next day had a good selection and wait staff were very efficient in clearing tables. We would recommend this hotel

Amazing stay

Location, staff and rooms
I travel quite a bit to Perth and have stayed in various hotels. By a country mile the best hotel value for money!

No kids getaway.

The breakfast was excellent and the best part of the weekend.
I felt the hotel is over rated. The room was average, the bed was just two singles pushed together so a large gap developed in the middle. The shower leaked water and the head was to low. Have stayed in better placed hotels with better value for money. Perth city itself is simply overpriced.

staff performance, transport
expected a better quality of furnishing. Toilet flush and shower not really functioning as we have to adjust for quite a while to get the right temperature as the water too hot. The chair should have replaced instead of having a worn out chair which actually reflects the environment of entire room.
