Very happy with Pan Pacific
Great location. Free and easy transport on public buses to all places of interest, esp to the shopping malls. Clean room with full compliments of tea and coffee everyday and essential items in the toilets. Request for twin beds fulfilled and Swan River view accommodated even though request was made the day before arrival. Impressed with quality and presentation of food in room service. In particular, concierge service ( by James) who gave clear instructions and illustrations in type-written form. Will definitely return in future.

Fantastic View
The upgraded River view suite didn't feel like an upgrade compared to the club room. The bathroom was very out dated compared to the rest of the hotel. The ceiling above the lights in the ensuite looked to have mould beginning to grow and the grout in the tiles was dirty and the cold tap had the cap missing. Aside from the room the view over the city and Swan river was incredible. If you are planning on driving to the hotel you have to pay for parking. An overnight stay would cost around $30 extra on parking. The staff are friendly and would do anything to assist you, the rest of the hotel is amazing.

Thank you for upgrade. Everyhing excellent . Would like to access tea/ coffee by myself in stead of waiting as I finished my breakfast before my tea arrived.

Big and spacious rooms with well equipped gym
The room was big and spacious. The view on the 19th floor was beautiful. I love the couch in the room. Everything was clean and the bathroom was spotless which was fantastic. Check in was done by a trainee but she was friendly and welcoming. The pool was past the lobby and might be weird if you think of wearing your bathers under a bathrobe. They do have changing rooms there where you might be able to change into bathers. The gym was big and well equipped. There were a few of the same machines which means you don't have to wait to use a machine. I did unfortunately run into unpleasant guests with kids that were being a nuisance in the gym. Like using the weights rope as a slingshot, causing the weights to slam loudly, and kicking the fitball into the mirror and shouting and running around. One thing about the bathroom was the water pressure is very weak. And you have to call service one to get some slippers and toothbrush kit and razor. It took them under 30mins to bring it to me. Overall, it was a good experience.
