The Best Resort in the mountains
Every staffs so friendly and welcome. Rooms are clean. Swimming pools are very beautiful. Spa is really nice relaxing. Restaurant for breakfast is good a lot of choices. We went for a diner was really really delicious too. I could give this Resort 5 star. I want to stay even longer. We will go back for sure with more families and friends. I've told people about this beautiful resort.

Oasis outside of ChiangMai
Beautiful location, stunning views of the clouds and mountains, top facilities, caring staff...by all means stay here. The only drawback, if you want to visit ChiangMai itself, is the distance from the city. However, for those who wish to have an idyllic get-away, this is an outstanding choice!

First Class Service; Perfect Rejuvenation
Stay: June 2016, 4 days Location: Perfectly calm and tranquil - greenery all around. Great getaway from the busy city life. Note that it is 1 hour away from town/airport. However, the resort makes it super easy for one to go down town with their free twice-daily shuttle service (to and fro). Service: Perfect. Every staff member in the resort was nothing short of hospitable and always willing to provide the best service experience. I would like to commend Phuonsat (Front Desk) for his meticulous work and patience when I had to make and change arrangements. The attentiveness that the General Manager (Charles) provided as well made my stay very pleasant too. Staff members are friendly, speak a good level of English, and are always smiling. Thank you! Amenities: What I liked best about the resort is the many outdoor seating areas spread across the resort. These areas allowed guests to just sit and enjoy the view or be in the quiet of nature. Very beautiful. Hotel Grounds/Room: The environment was constantly kept as clean as possible. Seeing that it was in the midst of nature, the staff did a good job in keep out insects wherever possible. Rooms always had citronella oil after it has been made up - perfect to chase the mozzies away! Food: Meals at the restaurant are authentic and tasty. Service is also impeccable. Staff members are very attentive and professional. Be sure to try their Egg Noodles (Northern) - really good! Spa: Service is prompt and professional - everyone is always smiling! The therapists are really good at what they do - very attentive to the aching areas. Environment is tranquil and relaxing. Overall: Definitely not to be missed! I will definitely be back there again. Thank you everyone at Panviman for the amazing stay! Some notes: 1. The staff members suggested that a better time to be there would be from October onwards (where it's cooler and less rainy). 2. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent. 3. As the resort is pretty far from

A Relaxing Family Getaway
We are a family from Singapore, first time to Chiang Mai. We recently had a wonderful time at the Panviman Chiangmai Spa Resort, stayed from 5-7 June 2016. We booked a Family 2-bedroom Suite that catered for 3 adults & 3 children. It was a duplex with the Main room on higher grounds, connected via an (external) stairway at the rear to another (smaller) room on lower grounds. The Main room had a Super-King bed with super high ceiling and a fabulous Bay-Window bed of Super-Single size. The other (smaller) room had 2 Single-sized beds, a sofa bed, a kitchen, a steam room and bathroom ! We requested for 2 additional sets of mattresses as my children wanted to sleep with us in the spacious Main room. The friendly house-keeping staff so readily obliged by adding two more sets of mattresses (thinner ones but good enough and very comfortable) into the Main room! The open-air private jacuzzi in the rear of the Main room was a treat. It really felt like we were in the forest because the calls of the crickets were SO loud and near. There were flying insects around at night, so beware. But within the rooms, not much insects; rooms were very clean. The pleasant aroma oils that scented the rooms were effective in keeping the mosquitoes & insects away. The insect repellant provided in the rooms were also effective, made from Thai herbs. There were interesting variety of insects, ants around the resort which makes for good educational nature-experience for the kids. We were also pleasantly greeted by a few free-roaming peacocks. The buggy service was prompt and much appreciated. There was only 1 restaurant but that's good enough for our 3 days 2 nights stay as the food quality was good and the variety decent. We had mostly Thai food (very good quality) and some pizzas for the kids. The fresh juices and ice-blended juices were a delight. The breakfast was good too. Not fantastic variety but sufficient spread for a hearty, healthy breakfast. They provided some organic f

It's nice to stay one day to relax
Food is the best we've ever had in Thailand, but before or after raining can lead to some termite coming
