First and last stay
The cabin was old and showed many signs of wear and tear. Smelled strongly of "shellac" (I think it was from the particle board ceiling). The cheap plastic folding door into the ensuite was broken. There were liquid stains down the door and wall adjacent to the door. Table and chairs were past their use by date. No information in the room about the facilities that I could see, unless it was provided through the TV. The location is right next to the Pacific Highway and it's night long traffic noise. Rooms desperately need improved sound proofing. Good restaurant on-site with friendly staff.

Pleasant staff with excellent customer skills
Bed side table lamps both had bulbs missing. There's no basin in bathroom.

Amazing value for money!
The bushland setting and the value for money
Stayed here overnight and you can't beat the 79 dollars I paid for it. Nice cabin in a garden setting, comfy beds clean and comfortable.

Pit stop on the return leg to Sydney
Price, price, price.
Venue was easy to find, the cabins are a little dated and there was a fair degree of wear but otherwise bed was as comfortable as home. Two annoying things, 1) it would appear that the 1 face flannel per room policy is a thing in more than 1 hotel/motel on the road to/from Brisbane (had same problem in Port Macquarie earlier in the trip) and 2) we were woken by a ridiculously loud fire alarm set off by someone in a cabin a few doors down, fortunately we were due to get up anyway but it scared our little girls and my wife.

Good location to stop, poor quality cleanliness
Style of cabin
After hours checkin was not clear enough, the area is lovely but was a very poorly maintained for such beautiful surrounding.

Paradise Palms needs renovation in the single bedr
Heated indoor swimming pool
No so great, rooms had insects crawling in the bathroom. The rooms were more like a old apartment that needs a good make over

excellent place
super friendly, peaceful and all necessary apliances available for young ones
We enjoyed our stay very much it was wonderful to have a microwave available which appears to be a non essential appliance at most places these days which with having young ones makes life incredibly hard. I have nothing but praise for this resort everyone was extremely pleasant and everything was just wonderful will definitely be staying everytime I go that way certainly Highly recommended

In 25 yrs of road trips, worst ever accommodation.
The distant view of the ocean. Easy parking.
Mould in the bathroom. Filthy windows. A broken front window, which could not be secured .. we went out and left $8000 worth of camera gear in the cabin, not knowing that the window could be opened without effort .. absolutely freezing in the cabin and the air conditioner barely warmed the living room. The toilet didn't flush properly. No phone in the cabin. To get to the toilet in the middle of the night, I had to walk down the long hallway, through the living room , through the kitchen, through the laundry to finally reach the toilet. In 25 years worth of road trips, this is the worst accommodation we've ever endured. We will never go back, never consider recommending it to anyone and the value was the worst we experienced. was the most expensive and the worst value. When we paid the bill in the morning, the staff didn't even ask if we had a comfortable night.
