No Running Water & Dirty
Beware of staying here, the rooms are extremely dirty, stains on the bed sheets look like human secretion, sticky flooring and dead coach roaches in the corners of the room. The entire water was shut off for 2 days, no toilet, shower or sink to use. Staff were very unfriendly and didn't seem to care we had no water. Toilet paper can not be flushed when there is working water, although this is common practice the staff only empties the basket every 2-3 days. The location is great but the attached restaurant is so bad we gave our vouchers away although we were on a budget. There are many great hotels but this is NOT one.

Love this place
I absolutely loved it here! The front desk was awesome and so helpful! You are right in the middle of everything. The breakfast is delicious. When I visit Thailand again some day I will definitely stay here!

One of the best hotels in have stayed in Thailand
staff, location , hotel decoration
Stay for 3 night but wished I could have stayed longer, Pimm and all the staff are just fantastic they organised all my tours which were great value for money and also a lot of fun. The hotel rooms are decorated with a real Thai feel, the breakfast was just perfect very day. the location is only 160 bart from the airport and in the middle of the old city so can wonder around with out any trouble the street that runs along side the hotel gets turned into a street market every Sunday night. However there is a night market only 10 mins walk every night where you can get good meals for around 40 bart. make sure you give your self a week to take in chang mai , and also check out chang rai to the North this is the place to stay 10 out of 10

good location , in the heart of Old town
this Inn is located at the center of Old town, it means really convinient for anywhere but busy from the morning to late at night. Room was enough for solo or couples with the least facilities even though the window was so small i felt uneasy. and a bit smelly from drain when i walked into my room . Hot Shower is avairable but the pressure was weak on the 4th floor. Breakfast was decent and could enjoy outside restaurant in a morning breeze. staffs are friendly when i asked some questions . overall it costs a bit pricy so i will stay another place next time.

A bit pricy, but excellent
Cleanliness, service, location
I arrived late, around midnight, but the receptionist was waiting and very friendly. The hotel was super clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable (I was prepared for extra hard beds). Room had a tv, water heater and coffee and water bottles provided all free. Bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. Breakfast was included and was substantial, though the Western option wasn't impressive. A lot more expensive than a hostel but if you have the budget for it id definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean hotel
Staff really friendly, rooms clean, great location
Overall good stay for 3 nights. Walls must be very thin as it was very noisy and other people coming into the hotel woke us up every night. Free breakfast included, food just okay. Room clean but no windows in rooms. Overall happy with the stay for the price and location is perfect.
