Good hotel with awful breakfast
The hotel located about 10-15 mins walking from the metro. The room is really small but there are everything you need for your stay. We arrived only for 2 nights so i didn't care to much about the size. the hotel doesn't serve breakfast by itself and as i understand it does the cafe on the first floor. And it was awful i have never met it before for stay: coffee in plastic cups, some strange mass called scramble eggs and pink sausage... Good news they had watermelon and jam with bread. So my advice just take room without breakfast. Another moment is there were lots of people. I really don't care because its Little India Area and its pretty logical but last time we stayed at one farrer hotel at the same area and it was more multicultural place but twice expensive and for this money we had salmon and bagel for breakfast with fresh juices and smart control system at the room.

No value for money

The staff service was great.
Not a strategic location because it is a long walk to the mrt station around 20-30mins. Small rooms. The only positive thing were the staff. Very accomodating.

Bad night’s sleep
I slept very badly in this hotel. The rooms front door doesn’t stop the sound from hotel corridor, and people make a lot of noise going to their rooms. There is a very bright LED in the ceiling which can’t be turned off and floods the room with green light. The ceiling is very thin; I was woken up early by what sounded like somebody jogging in the room above me. It took them 10 minutes to give me a room key which actually worked. The room is very small, even by Singapore standards. When I checked out, they asked if everything was okay. When I told them it was bad, they didn’t bother to ask me why. Haha, they couldn’t care less. I won’t be staying here again.

Cafes nearby, Cleaniless of room, Committment of bellboys
It was unexpected partly because i had read so much positive reviews about it and decided to give Parc Sovereign a try. We reached really late, almost 9pm. Upon check-in, although the process was efficient, the staff did not gave me info about the wifi so i thought i will dial the recept only to realise there was no indication anywhere of what number to call for recept, housekeeping etc. I had to go back to the lobby to ask for it. Subsequently after unwinding, i then discovered the queen bed i had requested was actually two single beds held together by the bedsheet. Any tossing and turning pressure will cause a drift and gap making it really uncomfortable at night.
