Great hotel, modern and excellent rooms

Fantastic location, close to both JR and subway stations
9.3
We traveled as a family and greatly enjoyed our stay in one twin and one king room. The hotel staff were very helpful, including the western manager who was able to give us some great advice. Being located so close to so many restaurants and the train stations just a few minutes walk away makes this a great choice.
Restaurant Tip: The two opposite buildings each have about 20 restaurants on the B1 B2 and 2F floors. You can find virtually anything you need here without going far.

Convenient location with helpful staff

The location is good, the staff and services offered are good and the rooms are clean though small

The hotel is located just above the Shiodome subway station and this makes travelling rather convienent. Walking out to the streets for food and shops is also very easy. There are a lot of eating shops nearby and there are many varieties to choose from. The staff were very helpful and they were very efficient in assisting in a couple of my requests - luggage courier service as well as posting an item for me. The hotel is grand with its magnifiicient and tall atrium at the lobby. Though the rooms are small, they are clean and comfortable. The charges were quite reasonable too.

Handy access to transport and shops

Convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff, grand set up with the atrium in the hotel lobby
8.3
Very easy to travel to sightseeing places such as Ginza, Tsujiki fish market, Asakusa, Akihibara, etc, by subway which is just within walking access from the hotel through the lift to the basement. Taxi drivers can also locate the hotel without any difficulties despite the language barrier. Staff is helpful and friendly, and provide good service. We tried a restaurant in the hotel for Japanese food, and it was quite pricey, however, it was a different experience from dining at the nearby shops for say ramen which was of course more casual and much cheaper. One disadvantage Is that because the hotel is located on the 25th floor, when we arrived at the entrance on the ground floor, there was nobody to help us with the luggage, so we had to carry all of them by ourselves to the lift up to the lobby beforer the staff would assist. If the hotel can do something to improve this, it would be great.

Good location near JR Shimbashi Station, & Ginza Shopping area. After 3 busy exhibition days in Tokyo Big Sight, which the hotel has a perfect location connected to the Yurikamome Line just 30 seconds walk from Shiodome Station, the forgotten gifts from & to partners were difficult to arrange as I was leaving Tokyo in the very next day. Thanks the the hotel professional reception staff that gift from partner were well arrange to the colleagues who were also staying in the hotel, & gift to the partner were also kept by the hotel until partner pick-up from the hotel a week later. Everything arranged perfectly!
Hotel Feature Tip: Check the Points Membership which is free & with extra breakfast & more (PASMO valued of JPY1,000) for every 3 nights stay

great hotel

Good location, nice staff, great views
9.3
The lobby is on the 25th floor so it and all the rooms have great views. It is pretty close to several metro stations which is nice. Ginza is a short 10-15 min walk, which has a lot of shopping, eating, and night life. The hotel is a stop for the airport limo (bus that takes you to either Tokyo airport) for about 900 yen or roughly $12 USD per person. The bus stops several times a day. As Tokyo goes the rooms are small. There is a Michelin star restaurant in this hotel which was amazing!!! the restaurant is TY (French food), they have a great deal for hotel guests, very reasonable for fine dining. The hotel is about a 15 min walk to the fish market, but I would suggest taking a taxi for those trying to get to the early morning auction, because the gate is hard to find.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: I would suggest taking a taxi for those trying to get to the early morning tuna auction, because the gate is hard to find.

Good Hotel at a great location

Location, rooms, service
8.3
I needed to go to the Tokyo big sight exhibition each day of my stay. The Park Hotel has direct access to the Mono rail going the the exhibition so it is very convenient and still better than the Hotels around the exhibition since the area there is quit dead and around the Park Hotel there are a lot of shoping and eating options. Also the room is nice and clear and friendly service.......

Definitely worth trying

Premium room is a decent size for Tokyo; Fantastic views; Good service

We spent 7 nights in Tokyo out of 12-day Japan trip. The first 4 nights were at the New Otani in Akasaka, where we've stayed many times. For our last 3 nights I wanted to try something new. The Park is in Shiodome, which is a newer business area. Its not like being in Akasaka with lots of great places in walking distance, but its a very nice hotel with fantastic views of Tokyo. The main lobby is on the 25th floor of the Shiodome Media tower. Shiodome station is very close but served by only one metro line. Shimbashi station accessible by underground passages from Shiodome. Its about a 15 minute walk, but there are lots of restaurants and shops underground. Very close to the Tsukiji fish market (worth going to if you don't mind lining up at 4:00 AM). I'd stay again at the Park Hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip: Most taxi drivers don't know the Park Hotel. They often confuse it with the Royal Park hotel. The entrance to the hotel from the street is tough for many taxis to find. The hotel has printed a small business-card sized map that shows taxis how to reach the main entrance. Don't leave the hotel without one!

Good hotel, great location for access to trains

Good location, clear rooms

Good business hotel close to Shimbashi station on the JR line as well as the subway. Easy walk to the station from the quiet hotel which is located very close to the very busy nightlife area of Shimbashi, many restaurants and bars. Favorite Sushi bar is the standing sushi bar on the corner across from the station.
