Perfect luxury

Attentive, well-trained and friendly staff; beautiful property, the spa
Our first visit and we were pleased with every aspect of our stay. We enjoyed the diverse fine dining. Their quick response to our one disappointing dining experience proved they really cared about ensuring that we had a true 5-star experience at all times. We loved the courtyard arrangements of the rooms, the privacy and peace and quiet. We loved walking through the beautiful running water, pathways and bridges and landscaping. It was a perfect stay.

Rooms are very nice and the hotel is well mantaine

the Spa was lovely apart for the noise that was going on for building work while we where having our treatment. the service for dinner was very poor and a let down for the hotel and very embrassing for me as I had taken my family to relax. While we observed other hotel guest were given attention and a good level of service we had to repeatedly ask for assistance, food was clod. I cannot recommend this hotel to any friends. Having stayed at 5 star, spa hotels e.g Mauritius Shandrani, the Hyatt in Goa was a let down. There was no activities offered by the hotel and the night entertainment was extremely poor

misguided n cheated for the room.

beautiful property, good room service, great location and good rooms.
goa holiday was special for me n my wife as it was her first birthday after our marriage and wanted to make it a special one for her. i had booked 2 rooms made bookings with diffrent cards both the rooms booked were park king room as mention on agoda website.we went by road to goa which took almost 9 hrs drive from mumbaiand it was fun. we reached hotel at 6:30pm it took almost 45 minutes to provide us room. room was booked for 4 nights 5 days. room no. 354. at the reception i was told 1 room is park twin room n other is park king room after having lot of argument with the lady n showing the agoda booking reciept lady agreed to provide park king room. i was told i would get king room n after 45 minutes i was provided with their so called king room which was actualy a park twin room made it king room by joining 2 twin beds together. i don wanted to spoil our rest of the evening n were tired a lot after long drive so i jus let go that night. next day i cald up at the reception had a word with manager mr. pinaki. told him the whole thing why they need to lie n make a fool of customer. he said sorry n cannot do anything about it. he got instruction from agoda travel company to provide park twin room n not the park king room. i asked them to show me the details of my room from agoda travel company only then i will believe. they did not agree to it n said we cannot show the details to you.i left the matter there as i don wanted to spoil my holiday. park hyatt people tried the best to spoil my holiday... i made it more special by my way ...

Value Worth Hotel

Good Stay
everything from arrival from the airport to the drop was outstanding and deserves 5/5 except for the problem of a/c cooling in the room.
Matthew S. Couples United Kingdom, June 23, 2011
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful setting and 5* service.

Lovely staff, delicious food and tiffin delivered to our room.
I would highly recommend the Park Hyatt, Goa. The rooms are big and comfotable with splendid bathrooms. The staff are polite, attentive and very smiley and helpful. The food was amazing although rather expensive if you are staying for two weeks during the monsoon (as everything else nearby is closed). There is very little to do other than relax so don't go to experience the real Goa but do go to get away from it all, relax and eat!

beautiful retreat

huge, interestingly-designed pool, wide sandy beach, friendly service
Very nice option in the south (non-party) side of Goa. There were lots of families when we were there so the programs for kids much be attractive. The beach and grounds of the hotel were beautiful and very well-maintained. We were there at the tail end of the season, just before the monsoon was due but the weather was beautiful and the hotel atmosphere relaxing - just what we were looking for. Great service and very nice variety of cuisines at the restaurants.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Day trip to Old Goa and lunch at Venite in Panaji

Fantastic Resort, No Comprimises

Staff are eager to please, attentive to detail and value for money is fantastic.
We had a fantastic time at the Park Hyatt. It really was paradise (and home) in the middle of Goa for four nights. We took advantage of all the facilities including the world class spa. The manicures and pedicures left something to be desired, but the massages were fantastic. The staff catered to our needs to be in the same room during our treatments. The service throughout the resort and its 5 restaurants and bar was faultless. The food was fantastic with a variety of cuisines available. Staff were prompt and polite, checked up on the quality of the food. The room was fantastic, every room had a view over a lagoon, sea or lake yet are far enough apart for privacy. The outdoor showers are fantastic experience if you've never used one before. Rooms were cleaned twice daily and were immaculate. Room service was delicious and prompt - in the one occasion that it wasn't: staff went out of their way to provide us with breakfast at the spa and gave us a complimentary dinner. This resort was the highlight of our trip and we would love to visit again.
Travel tip: Please be wary due to the cultural differences by default men will attend men in spa treatments. Be wary that you might have to vocally opt for a female masseuse.

Great hotel with good sized rooms

Service was good, peaceful and spacious location
The stay was a short break from a week in Mumbai. On arrival at the hotel the check-in process was quick and efficient. The rooms are set in blocks in well kept gardens which in the dark can be a bit difficult to navigate. Good choice of restaurant options around the hotel. The pool and beach provide great options for lazing around. Overall great stay with friendly efficient staff and would certainly stay there again.
